Open Position in Passenger Flow Analysis

Interactive simulation of pedestrian flow

The project is a cooperation between TUM and Siemens AG. It addresses
the simulation of pedestrian flow on the basis of CA. The aim is to
create a real-time, interactive simulator. Therefore, models for the
realistic movement behavior and solutions for an automatic calibration
have to be developed. Another focus is the integration of graph-based
path-finding algorithms.
